is this normal?

am currently exercising 6 days a week ( thats the target i set myself) and so far am doin it but i feel guilty when i dnt exercise;
and when i do exercise i feel like i shud b doing more (currently on 1hr a day of cross trainer n light weights)
am constantly thinkin i shud b exercising more n eating less.......is this normal or am i going over board????

    It sounds like you're doing enough for the weight loss to be healthy and gradual. Maybe if your workout is getting a little easy for you, go for longer, step it up a little or mix it up with some new excercises!

    It's all about babysteps, you sound fine :)
