I am new here.I am mother of 3 kids all under the age of 5.I have a huge belly pouch I want to loose.Struggling to find time and energy to work out.Looking for motivation

    I recently got this 'Dance of the inches" cardio dvd from my library and been doing it with the kids.They be cracking up watching me dance..And they try to dance too.Its fun for them

    welcome :) Im new here as well. I am a mom of 2. And I want to loose the pooch as well.
    Your already burning calories doign the dvd. Hey if your having fun while doing it, thats a plus!

    I am currently doing Jillian Micheals 30 day shred.
    Im on level 2.

    I am finding this a great workout. I have lost 2 lbs in the first 5 days.

    It takes at least 4 days for your body to adjust to the workout but Ive been sticking to it. I am already noticign changes in my body. Over all I have lost 2 inches in the first 10 days of the shred. My bum, hips, tummy look smaller, and its just giving me more self esteem :)

    I have also been portion sizing my meals, and trying my best to eat healthy, balanced meals.
