I have been struggling to shred these last few pounds. I've been swaying between 158-160 since beginning of Dec. I'm 5'9".. The before pic I was at 186... I am 12 months (on the 23rd) post baby.. not taking any supplements, besides Omega3, multi vitamin and pure whey protein. Still nursing, so I don't want to be doing that.. although I'd love to! ha
... upped my cardio to 4-5 60 min sessions/week. Just started lifting consistently again.. at home though... and only 3 times/week at this point. Don't have the opportunity to go to the gym. I'd go broke getting a babysitter all the time.. although I would love to! I need some workout suggestions.. something fresh.. or something! ha. I'd really like to finally get to that 30 pound mark... HELP!!
My NSV... this is the first time I looked in the mirror and realized my face is completely different!
Before/Current... last August-Now
December, hasn't changed much since this... so haven't bothered to take new bikini pics.
Help me!!
...I have no idea how to make pics smaller. tried pixel reduction and just turned images terrible.

Way to go! Getting in that much exercise with a one-year-old (almost) is awesome! I don't really have any suggestions, but to keep at it - you'll get there. And you look great. Isn't it amazing to see how even your face can change? I also love the darker color and bangs! Keep up the good work and great attitude!!0

Thank you! When I started I didn't even realize my face was so puffy! So glad I have a pic to compare and realize how far I have actually come.0 -
You look amazing! Its so awesome to see the huge changes in your face especially.
Tips for losing the last little bit- eat super clean, up your protein. I think your exercise looks good, just keep at it. The closer you get to your goal weight the harder it is to lose. I may just end up taking a couple of months so don't give up!0
