Today I went to the gym with my very in shape 22 year old daughter. We went our separate ways she to the treadmill and me to the new love of my life the elliptical! After almost an hour of workout She came over and said hey Mom just checking on you! I had just finished my hour and smiled and said I just finished she laughed and said me too ready to go? I said sure and we left. Not a big deal to most right? But for me I had worked out as long as she! I used to be the one after a short time looking to keep myself busy while she continued her workout! NOW Mom can keep up! Woo hoo!
