Hi,
I am new to MFP (I joined a long time ago but never did anything about it) I am 26 5"3 and i have 2 kids. One daughter is 5 1/2 and one is 21 months. I gained weight on birth control and obviously when pregnant and when dieting I got down to 155 lbs then back up to 162 stayed there for a while and had a miscarriage And now I'm 166. At the start of my weight loss "journey" in june I was 178. I did hcg and got down to 164. I've done the Dukan diet for two weeks. I've done the cabbage soup diet. Obviously I start diets get bored and start something else. I also have hashimotos disease so I am on synthroid, being that my thyroid is messed up that really messes up my weight loss as well. My main part of my body that I hate is my stomach. I feel like I look pregnant all the time. It's a lot of fat with extra skin. I've been doing 200 crunches a day with the an rocket but I see no differenc at all. I crave chocolate And carbs and it's hard to get motivated. I'd appreciate any motivation and/or success stories to keep me on track, is it possible to ever flatten this gross post baby pouch? I want to get to 150 at this point without having to do extreme things like hcg or only eat protein like on the Dukan diet. Ive been googling vitamins to see if there are any natural things that can rev up my matbolism?
I appreciate any tips.

I hear your pain. It's very hard to eat good especially when you have two kids. I have 19 month old and it is just impossible to find time for yourself( go to the gym, plan a diet...) and at the end of the day I am just so exhausted that I end up eating food that i am not suppose to eat at all.0

YO!!!!
listen up!! you've lost weight before you are proof to yourself that you can do it again!! you have the tools to kick fat in the *kitten* you just need to put them to use!!!!
firstly, *kitten* soup diets and all that other bullsh*t - i dont want to hear any of that in my presence!!!
What you need is a god-damn fridge makeover!! fill it with greens and healthy meats!! dont be fooled by diet sodas!! theyre crap!! drink more water than your bladder can handle!!!
EAT FATS!!!
YES I F*CKING SAID IT!!!! FAT IS GOOD!!!!
WATCH CARBS!! your body can only store a limited amount of carbs, any excess cards will be stored as FAT due to increased insulin secretrion!!!!
eating normal fat will not do that!!!!! so dont be scared of FAT!!!
as for the tummy issue!!! dont worry!! dependant on the severity, SKIN TIGHTENS!!! the person who invested it was a damn genuis!!!0
