If your really not hungry and you're bored get moving. Turn on some good music, do some chores go for a short walk, than you'll feel like you accomplished something as well as met your challenge.0

that's the way I was in the beginning too, trust me it will get better, after 2 weeks it was already so much better for my, you will look at it from a different perspective I promise, just stick to it0
