Since I reached my 100lb loss, which was almost a year ago, I moved to a different state, got a new job, had a really bad break up, AND broke my foot!! I REALLY have to get back on the wagon and counting calories again, and even though i can't be physically active for another 5 weeks because of my foot, I'm sure I can find some exercises that don't involve feet :ohwell:
I guess the point of me starting this thread is my first step and admitting I have a problem. I've kind of been ignoring the weight gain and pretending like it's no big deal, but in reality...I'll gain all 100 back if I don't start now!
So, I'm getting back on the wagon RIGHT NOW!! I know how to do it, I just have to DO it!!
Thanks for listening and here we go!
