4 Week Weight Loss Challenge

Would anyone like to join in with me starting today? The only reward is weight loss, but I find it motivating if you actually do it with others.

    Hi everyone! You guys can count me in too. I just finished p90x and lost 18 lbs. I would like to loose another 10 and tone up more. I am using Shakeology once a day and doing Turbo Jam among other things.

    Sounds like a great idea, I need to challenge myself I havent' done much of that lately. anyone have any mini goals they would like to accomplish in 4 weeks? Here's a few I just thought of for myself, and I'm hoping by the end of 4 weeks to have lost 6 lbs!

    drink 12 glasses of water a day
    push myself more on my workouts
    burn atleast 2500 calories a week workingout
    Run longer

  • Sorry guys, I fell off the wagon, but I am back on today. There really are no rules. I just figure it's easier and more motivating to have a challenge. If you guys want to have rules, list some ideas.
