I found the belly fat cure 7day challenge....garentee to lose 4lbs this week...i'm going to try it...anyone ever heard of it.

    I have been doing this since January 1 and have lost 36 pounds! It is great! I also keep my calories right at 1200. I know Jorge says not to worry about counting calories but I am tracking everything I eat on here!

    I didn't buy anything. I just joined the free menu ideas. Heres the sample they sent to me. Its really easy to follow because its real food...and good food at that. I've stuck to it so far lol but its only lunchtime haha

    “Belly Good Menu”
    Breakfast
    ! -2 or 3 eggs any style with one slice of whole grain toast with a pat of
    ! butter or cream cheese. You may also have a cup of coffee with
    ! cream or half and half, but not milk.
    Snack
    ! -1/4 cup of walnuts
    Lunch
    ! -Tuna or turkey with your favorite cheese and lettuce wrapped in a
    ! medium whole grain tortilla. Drink either a large glass of water or
    ! unsweetened iced tea with lemon.
    Snack
    ! -1 serving of string cheese
    Dinner

    I did a little research on this book and found an article on Web MD that said that this book is completely opposite from a prior book he wrote "3 hour diet". I'm always a bit of a skeptic so before I blow my hard earn $$$ on his book I think i'll check it out from the library and give it a look. Oh the article also said that this diet plan was also very similar to South Beach & Atkins and that you don't have to watch your calories or exercise to lose weight...Hhhmmm
