    Hi Kathy,
    Welcome! You're going to love MFP. It has really been helping me to be aware of what and how much I'm eating and also how much I am exercising. Just eat healthy, drink lots of water and be really honest with your food journal. You can do it! Good Luck, Shari:flowerforyou:
