because once you share it, it's out there and not just in your head. What are your health/weight/body/fitness goals for the rest of Feb?

Me

- lose at least another 2kg to hit my first ten kg gone mark
- make sure I keep hitting the excercise like I have been lately
- get up to the 8 glasses a day of water consistently

    To consistently get more water each day
    To strenghthen my body's muscles - all of them - so I am tone and tight like a 20 year old (To succeed in heavy lifting)
    To run a HM in 2013

    My goals are to lose 95 pounds (for a total weight loss of 102 pounds) by December of 2014 This is when I graduate with my Bachelors in Elementary Education, and soon after, my husband and I want to start having kids.

    Also, When I get down to 160 pounds or so, I want to complete a full round of Insanity. It scares me a little to think about it now, but I don't just want to lose weight - I want to be fit. I want to have muscle tone and tight skin.
