I'm Megan. I have been experimenting with veganism for awhile and have now decided to go vegan full time simply because I believe it is the healthiest way to treat one's body. I am 5 foot 4 and I think that everybody has a different body type and they should not strive to be a weight that is unrealistic for them. I love having curves and I don't want to lose them! I just want to tone up and slim down a bit. But most of all, I want to have a healthy body, because with a healthy body comes a healthy mind.
I'm really easy to talk to and I don't judge people. I work at a veterinary clinic and am going to school for nursing when I get my AA. I have a bearded dragon, two pugs, and a bull mastiff. I love animals and helping people.

I would love to add you
I'm not a vegan myself but I support everyone's dietary/moral choices and log on everyday for motivation and support...both to give and to receive. Could always use more mfp friends!
And I gotta ask...what the heck is bearded dragon??0 -
I would love to add you!
I am not a vegan but with lent coming up I am eager to learn some meatless weight loss strategies.
I am an animal lover too. I have 2 dogs, 2 cats and a turtle. I used to have an iguana named Cuddles but he was actually quite mean and I had to give him up. My daughter has a pug named Coconut. I love watching pug videos on youtube! :laugh:0 -
I added you!0

Hi Megan! I sent you an add request. I'm not a vegan but have vegetarian tendencies and would love to try going vegan, just haven't figured out how to do that w/ my meat-loving husband and daughter! Plus I'm a little bit of a cheese lover.
I am an emergency vet tech and have 2 dogs, 2 cats, and a few fish. I agree that it's better to be healthy and not obsessed with a certain size. I don't want to be skinny, I just want to have less jiggle and be a good example for my daughter. Look forward to helping each other out!0 -

Aww bummer! I was going to add her just because she had Pugs! I've shown Pugs forever and have 2 still.
She probably would've hated me though considering we raise beef cattle0 -
Hi Megan would love to add you, would be interesting to hear some of your food recipes.0
