help with blister pain?

Hi everyone, Iv being doing a good bit of excersize and the problem is my trainers have rubbed the back of my heels to bits! its agony if i put my trainers on even to walk. has anyone got any solutions to help me??

I don't know about the heels, but insoles have helped me with my bunion pain. Do the trainers fit well?0

they fit ok, just havent worn them in a long time!!0

Let it heal, then use blister tape/padding (find those cheap stretch bandages work well doubled up) and some double lair socks, i use use these under my usual football gear and they worked well when my new boots were giving me trouble
