Tasty veggie chili

This makes 6 servings. I froze what was left over, and it heats back up great! I have been eating it with some two tablespoons of fat free sour cream (25 cal) and seven Kashi crackers (65 cals) A serving of this chili (about 1 and 3/4 cups) is only 266 calories. So with the other stuff I mentioned added I get a super filling meal for only 356 cals. BTW I added some extra spices because I am a big spice lover. I added smoked paprika, red pepper, chili powder, turmeric and cinnamon and it came out great.
