Can someone tell me roughly how many grammes is 10 dried apricots
(I know it depends on xyz but a general idea)

7 to 10 grams for a single dried apricot. Get a digital food scale if your going to be weighing your food, it good to have one anyway.0

I eat halves (usually dried are halves not full ones, and it's about 2 per 10 grams), I usually eat 20 grams which is equivalent to 4 or 5 halves depending on the apricot size0

5 apricots is around 40g. So your 10 will be around 80g.0
