If you go to Add Food, select All Meals and Most Used. Mine are:

1. Apple
2. Banana
3. Kellogs All Bran (cereal)
4. Molenberg Toast Bread
5. Tuna

(not counting coffee)

  • Fresh Fruit - Honeycrisp Apple
    Generic - Steel Cut Oats
    *Nature Valley - Trail Mix Bar - Chewy Fruit & Nut
    *Wegman's String Cheese - String Cheese
    Carrots - Raw

    *Actually the granola bars and string cheese are mostly from a previous weight loss attempt. They are not great choices. Granola bar isn't bad after a workout though. Next three are broccoli, bananas and blueberry.

    1% Milk (used for cereals, my smoothies or just plain)

    onions (I use onions to season or add flavor to everything!)

    Is it weird to actually crave carrots? OMG, I made rice pudding with bits of roasted (almost candied) carrot in it for breakfast this morning. It was sublime. I think I'm going to turn orange.
