Ok, guys, lets be honest here. A lot of us are here because we want to get healthy, its true. But we are also aiming to look attractive and sexy. What do you think is the most attractive BMI for men and women?

    BMI isn't a measure of body composition and proportion, which I think has a lot more to do with sexiness than the proportionality conveyed by BMI. And even composition and proportional are somewhat a matter of personal and cultural tastes. What's sexy to me is most likely different than what would be sexy to a 16th century African!

    I totally agree with the sexy attitude thing!!!!!! , but really BMI is such a poor measure of success. Hell I am 206 pounds, 16% body fat and my BMI tells me I am over weight.

    Well I obviously can't speak for everyone but I've always found 21.3 an extremely erotic number.
