Hi :) Just wanted to say since I joined a week ago today I love this site :) It is so nice to meet like minded people who have similar goals to me. Yes, I felt like quitting earlier today as I am a weightwatchers member and pointing and calorie counting did confuse me but Ill get use to it :) The support I get and the tips are fab :) If anyone would like to add me please do so. Any help and tips are appreciated and ill do my best in return to help xx

    It's definitely nice to meet people who understand what you are expending! Ive only been here a month and more than once I've felt like giving up. It's the people here that have given me the courage to stick with it. You an add me if you'd like!

    add me if you like...I have my ups and downs on the rollercoater of wieght loss but I always try to be supportive for others. I am glad you found this site. MFP is a great place for me. I have found alot of great people on here that are great inspiration and good people to talk to. Good luck to you

    Have a very hard time losing weight since my daughter. Hopefully I will stick through with this and get to my goal weight. Good luck everyone! ;)
