This is very easy and very good!! And only 90 calories per serving!!

Hashbrown Potato Soup

Shredded Frozen Hash Browns 26oz bag.........220 cal/52 carbs/0g fat/7grams protein.
4 cans Fat Free Less Sodium Chicken Broth............70 cal/7 carbs/0g fat/14 grams protein.
1 pkg Mccormick - Original Country Gravy Mix.........320 cal/40 carbs/16g fat/4g protein.
1% Lowfat Milk, 1 cup...........100 cal/12 carbs/3g fat/8g protein.
Salt and pepper to taste

Spray your pot with cooking spray. Add potatoes and sautée until all no longer frozen. Add the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Mix together the gravy mix and milk, shake very well until blended. Add to the potatoes and broth, add salt and pepper if needed, and simmer for about 20 min. You may want to taste it before adding the salt or pepper. The gravy mix adds a lot of flavor.

Makes about 10 one cup servings. 90 calories per serving.

Sounds good. I think I'll add som fine chopped onion . A sprinkle of those bacon flavored protein bits & fresh parsley would make it look like Chef Pierre made it. Would this freeze well?

Sounds good! I wonder how coconut milk would taste in this? Sadly, regular milk and I have parted ways.

Yes, next time I made it, I was going to add a few other things. I even thought about adding some turkey sausage or someone like that. As for the freezing, not sure. The only thing I would be concerned about would be the milk, but do not see that being a big issue.
