UNREAL!! Major Fail!!!

Weighed in and took measurements.. I was too disappointed to start couting up... since I started weight loss.. I got to a low of 189.. I was soo happy...things were finally starting to look good..
I am officially up 22lbs from there.. and up 11 since the beginning of the year!!.. I had gone down 5lbs but put it back on...
I feel like no matter what I do I'm just not doing it right..
I've been terribly stressed which isn't an excuse just doesn't help with motivation!!
Tomorrow I plan to start Hip Hop Abs and Turbo Jam which will hopefully put me on the right track and keep me motivated!!

There is no major fail...you just have to keep at it until you find a program that you like and works for you! Keep at it and NEVER quit!0

Ive gained and lost and gained and lost so many times. We just have to keep pushing ourselves and not let ourselves fall off the wagon. Change the lifestyle, right? You can do this.0

Some days I want to give up..and others I want to push that much harder!!
I literally read motivational posts and success stories for 2 hours this morning....I could have pushed in a longer/better workout... but atleast now I can say I've read and seen alot that makes me want to continue... in hopes to one day have a major success story to share with everyone!!!!0
