How to get rid of loose skin

I lost 80 lbs and now my problem is I have loose/excess skin. How do I get rid of it? Please help!!

  I lost 78 pounds and had to get a tummy tuck. Nothing will remove the skin other than surgery unfortunatly. Sorry.
