now maintaining how to look 'better'

I'm finally maintaining but am unhappy with my stomach and would like to tone my arms a little. I don't want to lose any more weight as I am already underweight and there is no point as I know you can't pin point fat loss.
Anyway I was looking at my diet and it did go downhill (large calorie deficit but junk food). Do you think eating cleaner contributes to a better looking body? If so how clean would you also have to eat? For example I bought lemon cake slices today (109 calories each). If I were to eat three clean meals and incorporate one into my diet, say I did it daily for example, would it make much of a difference?
I hope this makes sense!

So you want to lose more fat, but not more weight?
Resistance training is what your looking for.0 -
Strength training!
Also, plank exercises are great for your stomach. They pull in the rectus abdominis muscles, making your waist appear smaller. Search the internet for variations of the move.0 -

You won't maintain your weight and lose fat through diet alone, it's just not possible. If you lose fat you will lose weight, the only way to lose fat and not lose weight would be to gain muscle at the same time, and the only way to gain muscle is to use them.
Pretty much all you want to do is move more and eat more to compensate for the extra exercise. Some weight lifting would probably be the most efficient way to achieve what you are looking for but any kind of exercise that gives your whole body a work out would do, like swimming.
Some women are afraid to try weight lifting because they are afraid they will end up looking like this http://bodybuildingunlimited.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/10/femalebodybuilder.jpg but the fact of the matter is you have to really really try to look like that, it won't happen by accident. If you want a nice toned belly and nicely toned arms then lifting is the quickest and easiest way to get it.0
