There is a sit-up option in the cardio db. If not I'd go with the option below

according to the cardio database in 15 minutes i burn 198 calories while doing pushups, situps, crunches, etc. but that does seem like a lot to me. i order a heart rate monitor this morning so that once it comes i can get a much more accurate number.
