I have been using Myfitnesspal for about a month now. I learned how to use the program pretty well. I have also found many interesting foods and recipes (with tones of help and support from my mom). I have already lost 20lbs.

    Im trying eat close to 1200. Some days its hard cause i work and go to school. Normally i will have less then 100 calories left for my day.
