30DS: Day 1 - Check!

OMG!!!! Those 20 minutes kicked my butt!! No kidding that she works out every muscle!! Can't wait to see results!!

    I'm on day 5 of level 3, but I remember how it was when I first started. I could not move afterwards and I was sore for the first couple of days, but after the fifth day I was fine. The first couple of days are the hardest so if you make it through them then you can make it to the end! I've lost several inches on various parts of my body and I'm even down a pant size. I was a 10, but I was able to fit into a size 8 while out shopping today. So, believe me, all the pain and suffering will be well worth it! :)
  • Same here im on l2 day 6. It gets better everyday...i.remember being super sore after day 2 of level one but just keep going. Today I was able to do.level 2 twice back to.back. Cant wait to finish it and see some results.

    I started today also and man oh man! Up down, up down, non-stop but I finished!

    While I find level two a harder workout, I was only sore after my first couple days of level one. It does get easier! I will be on day three of level two tomorrow.
