Heart Rate Watch without chest strap recommendations?

My friend would like a heart rate monitor watch, but refuses to use one with a chest strap. Anyone have any model recommendations?

    the Scosche Rhythm looks good, I almost got one of those but went with one with a chest strap instead for more accuracy I suppose.
