Tell me not to eat right now

It's 10 pm here. I am not hungry; I am bored. Just knowing that is HUGE for me. I'm also tired and found myself wandering around my kitchen, thinking about a snack.

I DO NOT NEED A SNACK.

Help me talk myself out of eating right now. This is my WORST time, and the point of the day when I ruin every good thing I did previous.

    Have some water! And take care of some mundane task you've been puting off.

    Don't eat. Drink some water and go watch tv or browse my fitness pal

    Water or go to bed. Many times we confuse hunger with other signs (being tired or dehydrated).

    drink water like 2 cups one right after the other and you will be full. Or you can make some coffee or tea and add no sugar or milk to it so its 0 calories. Or chew a piece of gum. Do not eat anything right now, trust me i went waaay over today and i feel guilty, you don't want to feel guilty just be happy you stuck your your goals :)
