I am not really one to post before/after pictures, but seeing everyone else's success pictures really helped me get through some days when I didn't feel like working out. The before pictures are me at a size 22/24, 45lbs and 40+inches larger than I am now. Maybe this will inspire others to keep going when the going gets tough.
