**7 day challange**

I challange you to lose weight or measurements in 7 days. Make a reasonable goal for your selves. This is a week chalange so it will end seven days from now. So that means eating right and working out for 6 days a week.
Tips for this challange. eat right, work out, drink at least 8 cups of water a day, weigh your self at the same time of day. A healthy weight loss for most people is going to be 1.5-2.5 lbs a week. Any Q's feel free to write me. I hope to see you on this challange with me:)

    Hey there... im in :O)

    Im back on track 2day, hoping to lose 2lb by next monday :O)

    i have lost 4lb up to now.. so that will make it almost half a stone.

    I'm in!!! I just started about a week and a half ago losing weight by forming a Biggest Loser Contest with a few friends. I can use all the help I can get!!!

    I'm in! I didn't weigh myself this morning so I will start tomorrow and go an extra day. My goal for the week: 1.2 lbs!

    I'm in! I'm gonna set my goal at 2lbs. I'm going to Disney World this weekend and I know I'll be walking a lot! We're packing our lunches everyday so I'll be able to manage what I'm eating. Plus I'm only drinking water right now. I've completely cut out sodas from my diet and I haven't craved one yet!

    as of now, i want to see if i can see if i lose 1 lb this week. well next week. im not gonna check my weight this wednesday. ill check next week :) hopefully lose 1 lb. :) hopefully more if i can :D

    iam in can i start first thing tomorrow am? how much exercise do we need to do?:smile:
    current wt: 235lb.
    wanna be 230 by end of may
    wanna be 225 by end of June
    wanna be 220 by end of july
    etc.
    goal weight 150

    I'm in. I will do my best and see where it leads me! I can't mentally weigh in everyday though. I will weigh in on Saturday (my normal check in morning) and take my measurements then as well. So, I am starting on Tuesday, May 18th. Last Saturday's weigh in was 143lbs, a drop of 1.5lbs!

    I'm a day late but I'm in! My daughter's birthday is this weekend and I have 1 lb to go before I reach my mini-goal. I'd like to lose 2# by next Tuesday. We can do this!

    My second day was pretty darn successful. I was almost in sort of a high after exercise this morning. I could jog way longer than I usually can. That's improvement. I know I'm going to lose a pound or two, I can feel it ^_^

    I didn't do it :( only .5 a lb but I think tom sabotaged me a little. Maybe that's just an excuse...boo for me :(
