I'm currently using "Body By You", a book by Mark Lauren (author of You Are Your Own Gym). It doesn't need any special equipment, just things like doors, walls, tables, etc. and it's quick (about 20 minutes, 3 times a week). I liked You Are Your Own Gym, but I find Body By You is simpler and I prefer the full body workouts.0

http://www.nerdfitness.com is a pretty good site. Look for the beginner body weight routine. The only thing you'd need is something to lift for arm exercises which can be anything you have. I've used my cat in a bind .. but old milk jugs filled with sand or water would do just as well, bag of potatoes, larger canned goods. Just get creative!0

You can also google "body weight exercises". You should be able to find a lot of options that way.0

There's now an app for You Are Your Own Gym. Download it and get working out!v0

Jillian Michael's DVDs are great...
If your fitness level is already GOOD you can do HIIT...
Insanity - is a great HIIT sort of DVD...
And if you're looking for sth "easier" for getting lean muscles and with not equipment at all you can try Cassey Ho's videos on YouTube...she's great!:)0
