    By weight if you really want to be precise. I usually just pick the biggest option and go with that. (that's what she said?)

    I had to laugh a little bit, because I didnt realize until my recent research..that size does matter in calorie counting.>LOL

    I just guess.. =p I usually say 'large'. I don't measure them... but if I did I would go along the curve.

    I just went and looked up banana and jeeezemoss there are a lot of different calorie/size options. So I would cut it up and weigh it. I LOVE my food scale!!

    Didn't you see the "coconut oil" thread? Putting food anywhere but your mouth doesn't need to be tracked.

    Thanks (to some of you) for your suggestions. I do weigh when I'm at home, but when I take it to work for my snack I don't want to peel it beforehand. I will just go with my gut.
