or any idea how many calories/nutrition facts about the soup in a restaurant?

i do my own take on http://allrecipes.co.uk/recipe/1685/szechuan-style-hot-and-sour-chicken-soup.aspx and it's super easy to make and all my friends love it!

last week i made it using 250g chicken and frozen sweetcorn (80g) - as i had no bamboo or mushrooms and it came in under 150cals a bowl

I like the flavours in this soup, i also cheat by using those little pots of easy chilli, ginger and garlic that my morrisons supermarket sell - they are just crushed ginger, chillis and garlic - no added vinegars etc, i throw it all together in about 10 min, and is my go to soup when i feel the slightest bug / cold coming on to help cure me
