Its already week 8...thats about two months we been doing this!!! Thats great. I'm so proud of yall that have been keeping up the hard work...I'm not one of yall but I will soon be kicking butt!!!
Challenge: Drink half you weight in water oz. Example I'm 200 lbs so divide that by 2 its 100 lbs so I'm going to drink 100 oz a water a day for the challenge!!!

OMG my new scale said I gained 6.8 lbs.:devil: :devil: :explode: :grumble: I am very disappointed. :devil: What am I going to do?? I knew my old one was off but that is a lot off. I just have to focus and start fresh. I can do this... I want to do this... Before I would like at this as no matter what I do I will fail, but today it's just a little bump. If I let it get to me it will higher next week.

So, i skipped my week 7 weigh in....bad week!! lol!! i over ate on mothers day and then ate left over cheesecake a few other days during the week. we ordered pizza on saturday and i also started my tom on saturday. i still did my exercising but i know i gained and i dont want to be all bummed out so im skipping week 7......week 7 never happened!!! haha!!! im hoping for a better week 8!!!
on a better note, i went to the track the other day to walk a few laps and i actually jogged 2 1/2 of them!! i walked the other 3 1/2. my legs were hurting and my chest hurt but it felt good!! 2 days later and my legs still hurt!! i was only able to do so because i had no kids with me, i wish i could try to jog more often. it was a slow jog, but oh well, i gotta start somewhere!
yesterday i took the kids to the movies. i ate candy and popcorn drenched in butter! i was all pumped for the popcorn, but afterwards i didnt feel so swell.....i guess its a good thing that i cant handle eating all that crap like i used to. normally i'll drink a large pop on top of all the other crap, but this time i had water!!

Svey: yeah i wanted to be on track before joining anything *gg* But well i think i might just do that and adjust it a bit IF that's okay. I do not make weekly goals actually - i'm happy with whatever comes off *laughs* Though i have 3 goals for me. Since everybody seems to have weekly goals i just wondered if that is a must0

Sorry girls, I am late! I didn't log in everything last week, but I busted my *kitten*. Got ALL my carpets cleaned, fridge was cleaned, microwave was cleaned, redid my bathroom (new theme!), cleaned out 2 boxes of toys to donate~! I am glad I did so much but the one thing I still need to do, is get into all my closets!!!!!! AHHHH, that will be a *kitten*~ lol I am scared of this weeks challenge, because I normally try and get 64 oz in, at most. I don't know if I can drink 150 oz!!!!! Yikes. GOOD luck girls.

Sorry girls, I am late! I didn't log in everything last week, but I busted my *kitten*. Got ALL my carpets cleaned, fridge was cleaned, microwave was cleaned, redid my bathroom (new theme!), cleaned out 2 boxes of toys to donate~! I am glad I did so much but the one thing I still need to do, is get into all my closets!!!!!! AHHHH, that will be a *kitten*~ lol I am scared of this weeks challenge, because I normally try and get 64 oz in, at most. I don't know if I can drink 150 oz!!!!! Yikes. GOOD luck girls.
You also intake water through fruits and veggies so not all of those oz have to come from actually drinking water. It is possible to actually drink to much water as well, 100oz-120oz might seem like a better goal than 150.0 -

Forcing down too much water in a short period of time can actually kill you. Anyone attempting this challenge NEEDS to spread that water out throughout the entire day. Several liters in one sitting is dangerous.

I am so bad about my water, I am additcted to the diet coke and diet wild cherry pepsi, it is my caffeine and treat for the day, if i only drank it in water not soda, I would be doing grand! I am back on track for like the 100 millionth time. I have got to get this weight off. I feel like I sound like a broken record. Went back to gym on Monday and I am sore still, but a great sore. It actually feels good. I am going again tonight. I did not make it yesterday because I was trying to get some stuff cleaned out and someone was picking up stuff so it messed with my schedule, that is okay because I cleaned for over 2 hours yesterday, even though I look around and can't tell what I did. Everyone have a great week.

Hey all just checking in. I was sick and water was actually making it worse so am not doing the challenge this week. I have lost 5.3 lbs mainly because i couldn't keep anything in my stomach so I hope it doesn't come back.0

This is a little less water than I normally drink at home, but I also was drinking milk, coffee, and tea while I was in PA and I don't do that at home. When I'm waking up at or before 5am EST and working 13 + hours a day I can't function without the caffene.0 -
