how to remove and added exercise

I added and exercise to my personal exercise mistakenly and can't figure out how to remove it; can someone help?

    I think you can just hit the 'no entry' type sign to the right of the exercise list.

    You should have a red button at the end of the line that you can push and it should delete it.

    On the iphone app you hit edit at the top of the page, and everything gets a red minus sign. Touch the red minus and a delete button appears on the other side of the entry. Press the button and it is gone. Then hit done. I assume the other phone apps work similarly. I've never tried to use the web page for this.
