Congratulations on your weight loss!
Having glanced at your food diary, I would recommend you boil up a bunch of eggs, write the date they were boiled on them and have them at the ready! I do this a couple of times a week and often only eat the whites. It is cheap, good protein.
Or buy single serve cans of tuna or chicken or little bags of almonds to carry with you.
Protein is excellent for controlling hunger pangs.0 -
... Are your diaries accurate? You're not even eating 500 calories some days, you're very close to your goal weight according to the ticker, and your goal is set to 1200 calories.
You're hungry because your body needs food. Don't take a pill. Start eating more food.0 -
^^^ I was going to ask this. Looks like you're not eating much. So an easy answer would be "eat more".0

OMG, this^
I hope that maybe you just weren't logging because otherwise....you might have some other problems you may need to see a physician and counselor about.
For eating below their BMR, not going to preach at you, but here's something you might want to look at:

And for the whole eating under a 1000 calories, look...you are going to do what you want but check out the link below at some of the stories of people who thought it was okay (especially because they weren't "feeling" hungry a lot of times) but ended up regretting it. Yes, this is can all be overwhelming and complicated , but you are more than welcome to ask questions on the post.
One of the things that I have found that has been one of the best methods for me to get fit is to understand fitness. To understand where all these figures, etc come from.
The good thing is once you get the hang of it - it is something you'll be aware of constantly and you'll get a better understanding about your eating habits.
So I HIGHLY suggest making the effort to take every chance to educate yourself. Even if you don't end up going with any of these methods, calculations, etc - at least you understand what they are, where others are coming from, and maybe they will still be able to help you figure out what is best for you.0 -
Sorry, I am very bad about filling out my food diary, I do eat 6 times a day, 3 meals and then 3 very small snacks. I just feel like I dont get full much, I will start making boiled eggs, thats a good idea. IS there anymore snacks that would make me feel full? thanks guys so much for all the information.0

Fiber, protein, and certain fats can certainly be satiating, protein probably being the most. However, really, even if you're not filling out your diaries, your goal of 1200 calories is still extremely low for someone that has already lost the majority of their weight. Read up on BMR and TDEE to figure out what you should be eating to keep your body running AND still accomplish the few pounds you still want to lose.
Really, you need to eat. It's a bit frightening to see someone wonder about taking pills to suppress their appetite, when that hunger is your body's way of telling you, "Okay! We lost weight... that's great! I still need to RUN!"0 -
Almonds are a nice snack, filling and healthy.0

You definitely need some protein and fiber to help you feel full. I find that it's best to get these in with snacks during the day. I eat breakfast around 7:00 am every day and then a snack at work around 10:00. My favorite snack that I've noticed helps me feel full is breakfast blend nut snack packs by Emerald. Check into those... it's an awesome blend of nuts (protein and healthy fat!) and raisins, cranberries and yogurt-covered raisins. That should help you feel full. Hard-boiled eggs whites are amazing too, as they have TONS of protein and are only about 17 calories per white, so you can eat a few as a snack to help you feel full and still meet your calorie goal. Also, buy a water bottle (I use a Camelbak) that marks fluid levels. I have a 24 oz bottle that I always have by my side. Fill it up with ice water and drink two of those before lunch and two after. It always helps me feel fuller and you'll be amazed how great your body feels when it's adequately hydrated. Good luck!0
