    Ten Years Gone
    You Shook Me
Over the Hills and Far Away - "Guess about a thing you really outta know" Gosh, that's some good stuff!

Saw Page & Plant live, best concert I've ever been to.

    Gallows Pole
    Communication Breakdown
    Tangerine
    Since I've Been Loving You

Me too! In 1995 I think. Fricken' Black Dog fricken' rocked!
  • Hmm...that's a difficult one. I'll have to think.

    When The Levee Breaks.
    Kashmir.
    Babe I'm Gonna Leave You.
    Dazed and Confused.
    Ramble On.
    Heartbreaker.

My reason for liking all of these is because the guitar work is amazing. :D

    Most ALL of them.

Tangerine or You Shook me are at the top.

AGREED...the guitar solo in 'You Shook Me' is where I exist....that guitar solo is so bluesy and so soul wrentching...as a guitarist is that doesn't move you...nothing else will. Just as it is in "Since I've Been loving You" and "I'm Gonna Crawl"

But I also love "Babe I'm Gonna leave You"....

There's just too many...Jimmy Page is AWESOME...

Hard to choose one, but when 'Babe I'm Gonna Leave You' comes on, I have to stop what I'm doing and let it wash through.

Kashmir, Dazed & Confused, Fool in the Rain.

Now if you asked me which ones I don't like? That would have been tough.

carouselambra-because it allowed me the ability to see through my hand. Or maybe that was due to another activity I was indulging in while listening to Led Zeppelin.....that was a long time ago.

You, too? Did you have the album in the brown paper wrapper that let you water paint the cover inside of that? :smokin:

ETA: And yeah...that really was a long time ago...

I agree with whoever said everything on 1, 2, 3, and 4. One of the few advantages of being old - I saw them in Nashville, TN in 1970 just after I graduated from high school. Best concert ever!

Zeppelin is my favorite band of all time! I saw them in 1977 at the Seattle Kingdome. :drinker:

So many great songs but here are a few of my faves:

    Kashmir
What Is And What Should Never Be
    Ramble On
    When The Levee Breaks
    Going To California
  • Love Led Zeppelin!! Kashmir, Ramble On, Tangerine, Battle of Evermore, Misty Mountain Hop...and so many more!

bron-y-aur-stomp, and my all time favorite is on the fence between "over the hills and far away" and "stairway to heaven"

So many, but the one I always start with is Good Times Bad Times. It just pumps me up for some reason.

Godsmack did a remake of that and did it justice.

Poker Face. My daughter got me hooked on it
One part of it says "And baby when it's love if it's not rough it isn't fun"
    I love that part.

This is only ONE of my favorites.

All of them! Kashmir is my ring tone on my phone. Saw Robert Plant perform a few years back. He is amazing.
  • Whole Lotta Love ... well it was theme tune to Top of The Pops when I was young .... a looooong time ago! Ah, those were the days ... (looks into distance, misty eyed!)

If I have to make a single choice...

    The Ocean.

Hearing the count at the first just makes you feel like you're sitting there in the midst of the guys while they recorded. As a drummer, the occasional staggered measure makes it a ton of fun.

    It's just raw.

    Achilles last stand
    Immigrant Song

    Communication Breakdown
