Is it healthy?? i just bought some with my "healthy" food, so i was just wondering how healthy or unhealthy the cream deliciousness really is!

    Nope. Full of sugar.

Superior Nut makes a chocolate hazelnut butter that is just that: chocolate & hazelnut. But it's thicker and not as sweet.

It's like peanut butter - ton of sugar added to make it sweet...not really that healthy b/c of that.
  • its 100 calories a tablespoon.

i use it for a treat if i have enough extra calories left over after dinner. i usually do, so i will have either a hot cocoa or a thomas multigrain english muffin with a tiny bit of nutella scraped across.
  • Thanks! :) ill think twice when eating it lol

You can add cocoa to natural peanut butter for a similar taste!

^^ PB has sugar in it only if you buy the Jiff or Skippy brand or those who call it "peanut butter spread" (Full Circle Organic has a PB that is labeled as that and it's loaded with sugar). Teddie all natural peanut butter is peanuts and oil. Teddie is the only brand that I'll eat.
