how much do you weigh and are you following MFP+ eating exercise cals or are you doing TDEE-20%??
I have done a zillion calculations and still don't know if I am doing this right so I am just interested in seeing what girls my height/weight are eating.

I'm 6'0 and I'm doing 1500-1800 depending on my exercise each day. Age 41, weight 173.0

I'm 5'10" and currently 215. Eating 1780 calories a day, I usually end up 1600-1800. I don't eat back exercise calories.0

i am somewhere between 5'8-5'9 and i have mine set at 1660. it depends your activity level and how you feel too. i have mine set at active and exercise an hour a day if not more of cardio. you have to find what works for you. dont buy into that 1200 calorie crap.0

I'm 5'10.5", 213lbs. I have mine set at 1650 and I usually eat back my exercise cals. I tried 1200 cals, starving and very little loss after 2 weeks.0

I'm about 5' 10", and I'm eating 1800-2100.0

I'm 5'9, currently 160.
I eat around 1750 a day, I do TDEE minus 15%, I only have 5 lbs left to lose. I do not eat my exercise calories back.0 -
I'm 5'11" 215.8 pounds and eat around 2100 calories per day. I wear Body Media Fit which shows my daily burn to be between 2300-3000 calories per day depending on my activity. I try to keep my calorie deficit between 500-1000 calories per day. I lose pretty consistantly.0

hmm, i am 5'10" and i seem to be eating way less than all of you...i don't think it's unhealthy for me though, and everyone is different. i weigh about 160 right now....i try to eat 1200 a day, but end up a little more than that...maybe like 1300-1400 a day. i often eat back my exercise calories, because i am hungry & i should make better choices with my calories (like more veggies, less fatty meats, cheeses, etc). i am just trying to eat as little as possible without going into starvation, because i really want to drop the weight i gained by summer...that being said...once i get to my goal weight, i want to continue workouts and just maintain, and i will be able to eat way more calories...possibly closer to a 1800 or so a day.0

I know you asked for tall girls and I'm not tall (5'6.5") but I suggest TDEE-% (10,15,20, whatever)
In all honesty, it makes life easier since you don't have to worry about exercise cals or not since it's already built in.
Just log your exercise as 1 cal burnt, macros aren't changed, and it's just easier to meal plan since your goal will be the same everyday, exercise or not.

I'm 5'11 and doing -2O% of my TDEE. [currently 2389** for my weight, on active days.].0

1790, and hells yes I eat my exercise calories. That's how the oreos and ice cream and beer and other yumminess gets earned.0

I'm 5'9 (actually probably 5'10 but I go by 5'9), and I weigh 173.6 as of this morning. I have my diary set to my BMR currently, which is 1624. Then I eat back some of my exercise calories.0

Oh honey, please eat more. You are doing more harm to your metabolism in the long run than it is worth. TDEE - BMR, half that number, and add it to BMR is a good caloric number.0 -
I feel guilty adding to this cuz some of you girls are at my goal weight. I am 65 and 5'10" and weigh 262. I have my mfp set at sedentary and mfp gave 1740 cals. I eat under 1500-1600 and I don't eat back my exercise cals. So far I lost 5lbs.0

This is is right where I am at with height and weight! I had settled on 1650 plus half my exercise calories for now :-)0 -

NO GUILT ALLOWED! You are exactly where you think you should be!
I am 5' 10'' and MFP tells me to eat 1200. Right....
I am eating 1500 or so because it feels right, and more if i need to.0 -

i know i am fine...my body does NOT like if i eat too little...i will feel weak & get headaches, and i haven't been getting to that point. like i said in my post, i end up eating more than 1200 a day anyway (that is just a goal...if i don't set it like that, i'll probably eat WAY more)...and i usually always eat all my exercise calories back, which makes less of a deficit. ALSO, i said that once i get my body where i want it, i will eat more...i know how my body works & i know that if i follow this strict regimen for a couple months, i will slim down to where i was...i have a small frame...i shouldn't even weigh this much. i looked great at 138 (my lowest weight as an adult) and still had a little extra fat....i wasn't bones, and fit in a size 6 pants. it was pretty much perfect. anyway...i think i am doing well by my metabolism, i have already seen a change and i am feeling more energetic. also, i don't workout TOO much...if i start to work out more, i will obviously have to eat more.0 -
I'm 5'11", 280, MFP has me at 1790 and I generally eat most of those, and eat back at least enough exercise calories so that I net over 1600. Have been losing pretty steadily at a reasonable rate eating the number of calories that MFP sets, so I haven't felt the need to change anything up at this point.0

5'10 current 260
My trainer set me at 1800 calorie intake.
Still trying to find the right foods, I seem to be under those at 15000 -
I found that if I net 1600 or so I lose the best. I'm 5'11 and right now 147. I keep going from eating at maintenance (1830), back to this magic number if I've gone a bit overboard...0

5'10" and 186 lbs. right now. Trying to get back to 165. Eating 1200 cals/day and exercising. Want to lose the weight by June for daughter's HS grad.0

I'm 5ft 10, age 25, and 176 pounds.
I eat 1800-2000 and am losing consistently. I eat 300-400 more on days I exercise. 3 days a week: 30 mins cardio, then weights. I've averaged a loss of 1.66 pounds a week over the last 11 weeks. Remember you wont lose every week, but over time if you average it out the figures make more sense.0
