Lost 50 pounds (pics)

I am so excited! I just had to share this! I started my program in January of 2012, lost 30 pounds through April, then backtracked and gained 8-10 pounds, then started back in November really working hard and lost that 8-10 pounds and another 20! I have run 5Ks and was never a runner. I started lifting weights in classes (still too nervous to venture into the "Men's area" in the gym. I just started doing TRX and Knockout at my gym and love those. I have also started some yoga/Tai Chi/Pilates classes.

I feel so much better - no more GERD, no more worrying about blood pressure, no more problems with walking across the parking lot or playing with my grandkids - no more getting out of breath just getting shoes on and clothes on.
