    Sail by Awolnation

    I second this.

Some of my most played songs when I'm at the gym are..

The Ghost of Tom Joad - RATM
Tonight is the night - Outasight
Ghosts - New Empire (it's slow.. but somehow it works)
    Can't hold us - Mackelore
    There he go - Fabulous
Swinging from the Castles - Awolnation
    Sail - Awolnation
In for the kill - La roux.

sorry, I can't pick just one! hahah.

I second Imagine Dragons! Idk personally I like listening through a whole album, I've revisited a lot of older stuff I used to listen to like the first FOB cd (don't judge me). But it's fun because of the nostalgia and realizing you still know all of the lyrics.

Monster Remix by Meg and Dia (If you pause to listen to the lyrics, it's a disturbing song so don't list to it or the original if you trigger easily)

EDITED to say I second this. Especially his Beyonce/Tm Petty Mashup (If I were a Free Falling Boy)

    I have 2 running playlists.

    1. Made entirely of the Fast and Furious soundtracks. For when I'm not in the mood to run.

    2. When I'm in that euphoric running mood, I have the following albums:

--Fun. ~ Some Nights (Some Nights, We Are Young, Stars)

--The Lumineers ~ Big Parade (Ho Hey, Big Parade)

--Mumford & Sons ~ Babel (I Will Wait, Broken Crown, Not With Haste)

--The Fratellis ~ Costello music (THIS WHOLE ALBUM! lol)

--Florence + The Machine ~ Ceremonials (Shake it out, Leave my Body, Bedroom Hymns)

--The Kaiser Chiefs ~ Employment (Everyday I Love You Less And Less, I predict a Riot, Na Na Na Na Naa)

--Metric ~ Fantasies (Gold Guns Girls, Stadium Love)

--Franz Ferdinand ~ Franz Ferdinand (Take Me Out, Darts of Pleasure, Michael)

I could talk about music forever, but these are particular favourites.

You will love "Rain Down Love" by The Freemasons:

    Absolutely uplifting, anthemic dance track.

I listen to mostly house music when I workout, the BPM keeps me pumped. If anyone is interested in more recommendations along these lines let me know.

I absolutely work out to "The Twist." It...can get embarrassing on the treadmill.
