    Lmao!! So how are you liking the Les Mills ? Its good stuff, huh? I've seen the ads, and checked it out. Maybe for the future! I'm doing Supreme 90 atm...

    Yeah, its really good. I highly recommmend it.
    Very intense but short & sweet (45m = 800cal burn).
    My wife was doing it and dragged me along. Now I go more often than she does.
    I have to admit, I don't know 'supreme 90' - I will check it out later.
