I have a set of weights at home collecting dust  I have lost 23 lbs but was mostly doing cardio during my lunch hr and in the evenings, along with Kickboxing. I have 3 children at home so I was thinking to burn more cals I should finally attempt to bust out those weights :blushing: although I dont know the first thing about weight lifting. I also hit plateau, been stuck at the same number for 4 weeks going on 5. I read everywhere that weight lifting would help along with a low carb diet.
Anyways any suggestions would be greatly appreciated PLEASE HELP

Are you wanting a DVD program?
If so, I loved ChaLean Extreme and am currently doing P90X and saw results.
I also have heard the New Rules of Lifting for Women is awesome, I have download the book on my Kindle but haven't read it yet as I'm in the middle of my P90X program.0 -
Hold weights while kickboxing, maybe even just some ankle weights. It would change things up a bit at least.0

I hear starting strength stronglifts 5x5 and new rules of lifting for women are great beginner programs. All these programs focus on compound and full body lifts; you'll maximize your results and minimize time with these. I've not done any of them but I read NROLFW and it had some good info. You will NOT regret lifting. It's the best body changer there is!0
