    good job! your post caught my eye bc we're pretty close in age, same height, & i had a similar weight loss starting point & goal 2.5 years ago. i lost the weight, but after i had my daughter, i am struggling to get back down. i signed up for MFP on Friday & I'm already seeing some results. thanks for the inspiration!

    WOW, you look great. My start weight is basicallly where you started just 3 pounds higher. Mine is 175. My goal is the same as yours. Do you have any tips? What worked for you? I would love to lose that kind of weight in 5 months!!

    You look great! You are my inspiration. We are the same age starting at about the same weight and height. I just need to loose the weight. Thank you for sharing and letting me see that it can be done. Any tips would be great.

    Thanks you for sharing. After many unsuccessful attempts to slim down over the last 5 years, MFP is the best motivation that I've had. So far 9 lbs down for a total goal of 35lbs.
