Is Horlicks with milk good for weight loss?

I generally have horlicks with 200ml milk. Would like to know if drinking Horlicks is good for weight loss? Also I drink 100 ml before going to the gym early in the morning. Need advice on this.

    An overall calorie deficit is what makes you lose weight.

    As long as it fits in your calorie goal then go ahead and drink-up.

    it's sugar mixed with powered milk. Is it going to help your weightloss? No. It won't hinder things either, as long as you stay in your calorie range.
