Mardi Gras Schmardi Gras... Today's a good day for TWO workouts instead of one! Anyone up for the challenge?

    ah, if only i'd seen this post last night. as it is, i'm not sure if i can bring myself to "indulge" in the food i'm giving up becuase i don't want it to throw off my whole day >.<

    Workout one: Run 2.5 miles
    Workout Two: Core Work

    Me! Well, ok, really only because I was planning two workouts today anyway, since a sick kid kept me out of the gym yesterday.

    AM: Full-body circuits
    PM: Cardio & pushing (chest/triceps)

  • Awesome, I've got my "Fat BURNER Tuesday" crew -- Y'all rock! I'm new here, so I appreciate the replies.

    Maybe next year we could have hundreds on board doing this -- Yeah, we could have hats, t-shirts n stuff made up! Geez, I'm dreamin' LOL. Hey, just trying to have a little fun with this thing, otherwise any kind of 'program' (for me) gets old real fast. So, thanks for the support you guys! I better get moving...

    1.) This morning I'll do vigarous cardio on a stationary bike.
    2.) This afternoon strength training with free weights and Total Gym 1000

    Then tonight for dinner gonna whip up a healthy Cajun-style meal -- No Popeye's Chicken -- But somethin' REAL spicy and BURN DAT FAT !!
