    Hi :drinker:

Welcome to MFP, great place to meet some friends that are looking to work towards the same goals and to help keep motivated, also some awesome tools on this site as well.

Diet pills? My thoughts? Skip the pills & simply Eat healthy, excercise, plenty of water and no need for diet pills!:flowerforyou:

Diet pills can leave your body a mess and you never know how much of one usually until years later. Not worth it to me, I'd rather keep the weight off for good and get healthy while doing it.

    Glad you're here:flowerforyou:

Ditto on the pills!! Forget them. A women in town was on a well known name and at the age of 23 had a stroke from them... Not worth the risk.. Eat healthy and get alot of help from all the people on M.F.P. Goodluck !!:flowerforyou:

"diet pills" is a huge category.

I take appetite suppressants (rx prescribed) sometimes during the week, especially on days that I work out.
I also have done extensive research on ALLI and I know how to handle the "side effects..." so I only pop one of those SPECIFICALLY when I know I'm eating something unhealthy (cake/what-have-you) and I am prepared for the "side effects.":embarassed:

Neither one of these is a permanent method of weight loss, and I by no means rely on them to stay thin, but I also do utilize what is available to me... not abuse what is available. HUGE difference:tongue:
