Looking for support...second time around

I am back again as I find myself in a now or never situation. I am looking for support on my next efforts here. Need to drop the pounds and get stronger fast. I noticed the "guys are better post" For me it has been the women that have been more supportive. That doesn't mean I don't want guy friends but I have found more encouragement and effort from the ladies. My profile explains more. Thanks
