Hey all - I need some help. I started training for Triathlon in 2010 and have lost 63 lbs this far. I have been stuck at 200lbs for over a year. I work out a ton but can not seem to lose any more lbs.
Monday - 45 Swim
Tuesday - 60Spin/ 30Run
Wednesday - 80 min run - 45 Swim
Thursday - Circut/plyo/cardio
Friday - Swim recovery
Saturday - long run 9-11 miles - Some time bike in the afternoon
Sunday - Run and bike...
I have made my diary public for input. I have not been using MFP for very consistant. WIth that being said I will be going forward. it is a must that I drop 15-20 lbs in 3 months.

What are you eating?0

Your diary needs to be public AND filled out.
Work on the last part for a month and then ask again.0 -
What are you eating?
That's what I'm wondering. Since your diary is incredibly spotty, it doesn't help to give you meal advice. My initial thought is are you eating enough? Are you eating back a good majority of your exercise calories? With that type of intense training you need a lot of fuel.0 -
It looks like you are working out enough. Focus on your diet.0

I am not weight lifting as it does not fall into my training program. I did that in the three months of my offseason and gained weight. I was lifting low weight high rep weight lifting.0
