Hi Everyone! My clinic dietician showed me this site, it's awesome!

I have a dumb newbiw question, sorry if this is not the right place to ask but I have seached the HELP and cannot find anything. I would like to start a blog like so many of you have and I cannot for the life of me figure out how to do that.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

    If you click on "My Home" you will find "My Blog". I believe this will only be viewed by your friends.

    if you re on MY HOME it is on the bottom row to the right "my blog"
