One month in, 10.8 pounds down!

Wow!
I'm the lowest weight I've been in four years. I still can't really process it. When I stepped on the scale and saw 176.4... well, there may have been a tear or two.
I have a LONG way to go. But I'm so glad I started, and that I've stuck with it! My life is insanely hectic at the moment, but logging my food and working out have clearly been working for me. I'm so proud.
